We appreciated the economy room which was modern. The location was marvellous and stunning for walking around Old Town Chur. The area was shopping just off restaurant wonderful and the major ski resorts.

I thoroughly enjoyed it, have never been in a better hotel. Overall it was a comfortable stay of my Holiday. The staff was welcoming and around most of the time.

pleasant and comfortable accommodation with stunning setting just next door to the railway station and the main restaurant. the economy queen room with lovely bed, duvets plus shower curtain instead of glass screen. incredibly kind staff interactions. nice design, impeccable service in the entire hotel.

Beds were a bit too soft.

Absolutely fantastic reasonably spacious rooms, they are provided with lovely bed, brilliant bed linen and duvets. The staff are perfectly fine and very welcoming, managed the parking on site.

The location was absolutely perfect, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a year-round aerial cableway.

My single room was equipped with an electric kettle, a personal safe and central heating. As for me, the location was convenient and peaceful, right by church, the Rhaetian Railway, and being warned about the eye watering cost of eating in Switzerland.

Great and lovely location in the center, and only about 10 minutes' walk to Chur centre. Tidy & modern unit with a balcony.

The economy twin room was nice modern with duvets, brilliant bed linen, a balcony. Perfect and nice location, the private parking was available...

We ate at a very nice restaurant with local dishes. The bed was comfortable, like a cloud. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the location was perfect!

The bathroom was very small.

I ate at a good restaurant with local dishes. The bathroom was fairly clean and it had a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets for my convenience.

It had great location near to the Bernina Express as well as the train station and good restaurants.

The location was excellent, in the mountains! Besides, we were just off restaurant good, and city center and old town.

Great location on edge of historic town. Private dining room for dessert. Cozy solo room with everything I could want. Terrace perfect for baby. Missed out on charming town last visit. Nice details like baby toy and bottled water. Delightful breakfast spread. Friendly staff.

Very good small friendly hotel, typical Swiss style. Helpful multi-lingual staff. Perfect location in town centre, ten minute walk from main station.

Nothing specific - usual swiss hotel problem with single room with small narrow single bed really only fit for children? Major international hotels now offer better comfort for single travellers, in my view.

Pleasant enough, cosy bedrooms (if a little on the small side), traditionally decorated with pine panelling, and clean fresh bathrooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast selection wasn't great. We didn't feel that this hotel provided particurlarly good value for money, compared with others we have used in Switzerland.
